Dear Los Ranchitos HOA,

The three Los Ranchitos neighborhood entrance signs are looking pretty shabby. I’d like to volunteer to manufacture and install new signs. I’ll donate both my labor and the materials to design, manufacture and install new signs.

In addition to being an experienced designer and mechanical and structural engineer, I’m a highly skilled and very experienced builder, fabricator and machinist. My commitment to quality and attention to detail is unwavering. There’s literally nothing I can’t create and I do so to the highest standards. Furthermore I function with honesty and integrity and exercise a stellar work ethic.

If desired I’ll create designs and submit them for opinions and modifications until a desirable design is achieved. I can work from just a theme if desired. There’s no limit but one’s imagination.
